If you are not happy... CHANGE SOMETHING!

Dear God,
Please untie the knots that are in my mind, my heart and my life. Remove the have nots, the can nots and the do nots that I have in my mind.
Erase the will nots, may nots, and might nots that find a home in my heart.
Release me from the could nots, would nots and should nots that obstruct my life.
And most of all, dear God, I ask ...

OCTOBER 3, 2010 - I WAS VOTED A SP MOTIVATOR FOR POSITIVE ATTITUDE! THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO VOTED FOR ME! YOUR SUPPORT IS WHAT KEEPS ME SO POSITIVE! THIS IS JUST THE PUSH I NEEDED TO GET OFF THE REST OF MY WEIGHT! WOOOOHOOOOO!
At my heaviest, I weighed 308 - at my lowest I've been 148 and sadly I've been everywhere in between, yo-yoing for my whole life.
While a BMI chart will suggest that I should be under 150 pounds... I know that due to my bone structure, and muscle mass (I've always been "solid" under the fat) I am at my healthiest when I am around 180-190 pounds. It's just where my body is at it's best. I don't have to starve myself or kill myself to maintain it...
Looking for support from my fellow sparkers to keep me going!

Make 2015 the year I meet my goal, and maintain for a lifetime!
Lose 2 pounds per week, with small, obtainable challenges... slow and steady will FINALLY win this race!
My Program:
Drinking lots of water!
Not counting calories - just paying attention to what I put in my body.
Eating clean - NO processed food! Shop on the RIM of the grocery store.

I'm 36 years old, and live in a cute little country town in Massachusetts.
Other Information:
I married my high school sweetheart. We have been married for 12 years, and have been together for 20!
I am child-free by choice.
I have 2 dogs (my dogters), 1 cat & a bunch of fish.
