Introduction Text I want the outer me to no longer prevent the inner me from sharing my awesomeness with the world. I feel most powerful doing yoga and stretching in nothing but a sports bra and gym pants... in the privacy of my own home with no mirrors or people around. :) I love me in all my perfect imperfectness. Do you love you? I am a DONE girl: I am DONE hiding behind my weight. I am DONE believing I can't. I am DONE waiting for someone else to take me by the hand and lead the way. I am DONE being afraid of what MIGHT happen. I am DONE letting life go by while I refuse to reach out and grab it. I am DONE eating simply because "I deserve it." I am DONE being ashamed of my honkytonk badonk-adonk and child-bearing hips! I am DONE being the fat girl. I love travelling - new adventures, new experiences, and new people. I am an aspiring triathlete. Still a long way to go, but at least I am actually doing something about it.

I want to be able to run as far as I want for as long as I want. I want to feel (and look) fit and strong and lean. I want to wear a single digit size. (I've NEVER worn a single digit size.) I want to complete marathons, triathlons, and maybe even ironmans. I want my belly button to look "normal"! I want to have an outside that no longer prevents me from showing off who I am inside because I am awesome!

*Move my body more. *Eat less. *NO EMPTY CALORIES. *Focus on FUELING, not feeding. *Listen to what my body wants. It's pretty smart. The important part is not ignoring it. *Keep my knees and back strong. Previous injuries require this.

~ I am Canadian and proud of it! ~ I love travelling and will take any trip that promises adventure. I am not too big on travelling just to sitesee. ~ I love dogs and am severely allergic to cats. Sorry cats.

- I could live off chocolate, cheese, and multigrain rolls if I had to. - Ignore my start date. My REAL start date (this time) is approximately 10-10-09.
