Lifestyles of the Fit and Healthy
I am looking to be that fit and healthy person! Right now it's a part time thing. I've got no children but have two beautiful German Shepherds . I hate to admit it but they need to step up their workouts as much as I do! Their names are Stasiu and Kylie. They are brother and sister and, as puppies, they used to drag each other around by the ear damaging the cartilage so now they each have a "broken" ear. I think it makes them even more adorable!

My Goals:
I want to be comfortable in my "skinny" clothes again. I lost 78 pounds a while back, but got comfortable so I gained almost half of it back. And, although I feel much better than I did 78 pounds ago, I want to get back to what I worked so hard for a few years ago.
My Program:
I am basically watching what I eat. Not just counting calories but reading labels and checking nutrition. I am working out 5 or 6 times a week, doing mostly cardo but I'm told I need to mix in some weight training. I'm sure my goal would be reached more quickly if I cut back on the beverages! :o)
