A few things about me? Well this isn't my first time on Spark. I used to be known on SP as KROWNEDBEAUTY... but after a few life changes, including a divorce and a career-changing injury, I thought I would start fresh. I have since met the love of my life. He is the most selfless man that I know. The things he does for our family makes me fall deeper in love every single day. I chose the name chasingfreedom because that's essentially what I'm doing in my life. I'm finally free of a decade-long abusive relationship/marriage. It took every ounce of my being to leave and start anew. The obstacles I've faced have both challenged and strengthened me in ways I could never imagine. Including having to possibly switch careers... I'm a personal trainer and I've incurred some injuries that I'm working on overcoming so that I can continue helping others. Life faces us with the most interesting things, but strength is found in the choice to rise again. Will you chase freedom with me?

Fitness Minutes: 2,538

My Goals:
I'm getting married in June of 2017. My injuries and pain medications have caused my weight to creep up. So I hover between a 6 and an 8 at the moment. I would like to see myself back at a size 4 and retrieve that 27 inch waist I had not too long ago :)

But, to be honest, I've fallen in love with my newfound curves. So I'm excited to whittle down my waist. But mostly I want to gain strength.


My Program:
Eat clean and YOGA.
Due to my injuries in my back/hips, I'm a bit limited. So I'll be focusing on restoring strength and flexibility to my body.
Nutrition is 80% of the struggle, I should know! So I'm cleansing, eating clean and doing the very best for my body to be restored.



Personal Information:
I've overcome an eating disorder which plagued me for years. It's important that I keep focused on what I've learned and only put good things into my body.
