I'm back and ready to lose the ten pounds I put on while training for my first marathon. I'm getting ready to jump back into marathon training in June 2012, but I know it would be best for my body to first get rid of this excess weight.

I'm back and ready to lose the ten pounds I put on while training for my first marathon. I'm getting ready to jump back into marathon training in June 2012, but I know it would be best for my body to first get rid of this excess weight.
ABOUT ME: I'm 25, married, and live in Japan with my husband, where we teach English. We're moving back to the U.S. in August 2012. I'm an ACE certified personal trainer and I love running, yoga, and trying new things to stay active.

My Program:
I try to keep it simple:
*Eat well: whole grains, lean proteins, fruits and veggies, healthy fats
*Move more: workout and exercise consistently
*Drink lots of water: at least 8 cups a day
*Ask for help: having a good support system makes all the difference
*Track it all: every bite, every workout, every glass

I'm back and ready to lose the ten pounds I put on while training for my first marathon.
