    Hey girl. Thanks for checking in! I havent been sparking much but I have been keeping pretty good on track. Almost to the 100's which has been hard hard work. Just to be under 200lbs will feel so great. I had a couple of slow months, got pregnant then lost the baby but I am still chugging along!
