Thanks for responding to my blog. To answer some of your questions, I will do at least 10 min wake up exercise in the am through the week. That way it will help start my day good and if something unexpected comes up I'll at least have 10 min in and that is better than none. Then I'll try to get 1/2 or so later in the day. I'm going to start the c25k over again and workout on the Wii with Jillians ultima 2010. If I get sick I will do at least 10min of something even if it's stretching and leg and arm lifts. Something simple because this is what I'm trying to over come. I was doing great in Oct. and I got sick and I never got back on track. I don't want life to mess up what I need to do.
