My Goals:
Expand my world.
I strive to live a healthier life before I hit 50- that's right around the corner for me.

My Program:
 1. Monitor the foods I eat- sparkpeople makes a difference in my choices.
2. Get outside and move move move 3x a week- more is bonus.
3. Be dedicated to the healthier choices, and no moping around.


Personal Information:
I'm lucky to be relatively in good health. No chronic conditions to complicate matters. I do however, have a wicked sweet tooth.
