Introduction Text My progress since I began the refocus of my fitness efforts often seems small, especially when I look at the scale. But when I look at the changes I have made in those three months I realize I have a lot to be proud of: I am tracking my food daily and using the tracker to plan my meals I have reduced my alcohol consumption by putting a little in a large glass of water I have gone from wanting to exercise to actually doing some form of exercise every day I have increased my daily step average from 3-4000 to 5-6000 I will keep this up in December and look forward to more positive steps in 2019.

Focus on 1 aspect of getting healthier per month.

For September it is calories/nutrition. I will track food I eat, try to stay within the recommended limits, and drink my evening brandy mixed with lots of water. For October I started to exercise a little - 10 min walk, a few reps of strength, researching options to increase it In November I increased the consistency - trying to make doing SOMETHING every day a habit In December I plan to walk every day and add strength or stretching at least 2 days a week each
