Introduction Text Here I am, all my life gaining weight and trying to lose weight. I hate the feeling of being fat. I hate the feeling of going on a plane and of having to had asked for a seat belt extension. I hate the feeling of feeling tired, lazy, miserable. I have my story that made me go to food to see comfort in all I have gone through. The problem is I gained a lot of weight. I have lost weight several times and gained a lot back. I am working on my road to health, happiness.

I want to be able to look in the mirror and love what I see. I want to be able to go to a clothing store and be able to find lots of close that fit me. I want to be able to wear a short sleeve shirt. Due to having big arms I am uncomfortable using short sleeve shirts. I want to take care of my health.

Keeping busy at home. Work on projects/gardening/ exercise and eating healthy



My hole life I was a over weight person and always on yo yo diets. This is my first change in health lifestlye living that I have hanged in there for. I am taking on lots of projects, I do gardening. I had the pleasure of going on a flight in Oct 2013 and finally did not have to ask for e seat belt extension. What a great feeling. Though I did gain a lot of weight back. I am on my road for health .
