Somehow, well I perfectly know how, I got lost in the chaos of my life over the past 5 - 7 years. I'm reclaiming my purpose and in doing so realize that I have a lot to learn about truly living a healthy life that incorporates healthy eating and fitness. I understand the science, it's the mindset that is either I've forgotten or is new to me. I'm tired of being a 230 pound weakling. I'm committed leading my life differently for the next few months (can't overwhelm myself with "forever") and experience the journey.
