Hello beautiful lady. I too just joined SparkPeople this week. Reading your comment reminds me so much of myself. Just as you, I have three sizes in my closet. I can't seem to stop this yoyo syndrome with my weight. I've been this way all my life. So here I am again trying to get this weight off my petite body. (4'11")
Throughout the years I've found that a low carb high protein diet helps me reduce my cravings for sweet, starchy and salty snacks. After about the 4th or 5th day on this plan my cravings are gone. So here I am on my 4th day of this plan and I have not deviated.
