Well 2020 is not going the way we all hoped, in fact it is kind of a train wreck. I turned 40 while under lock down in April. A lot of places are still closed or have closed again after re-opening and the world is in a lot of unrest. I can say I have lost a few pounds while cooped up at home, but my mental health has definitely suffered.

The Fall 5% challenge is will be starting soon. I am committing to the challenge again and really want to do well.

My Goals:
1. Lose 5% body weight in the 2020 Fall 5% Challenge on Spark.
2. Jump start my goal to be consistent.
3. Increase my water intake and work on my hydration issues
4. Be stronger physically, strengthen core to help my spine and pain.
5. Be stronger mentally, learn to love myself no matter what my size
6. Learn to love being more active, make more healthy routines.
7. Rock 2020 in health, fitness and mental goals.


My Program:
Paleo/Keto type eating plan - lower carb, more clean eating
Physical activity daily, reach 10k steps a day and then 12k with goal of 15k steps minimum per day
Commit to the Fall 2020 5% Challenge. Go team Firecrackers!
Work on water intake, 120 ounces per day!
Be more consistent with blogging and health updates. Be accountable.

I'm working on being the best version of myself. I need to find my happy weight, where I feel good about myself and have more energy. I know being 250lbs is not that weight. I'd love to at least get under 200 to start.
