A New Beginning


June 4th, 2012.

Small steps to big results. That is my current goal as I drag my 212 Lb butt back up on the Spark Wagon.

** EDIT Aug 3rd, 2012 - my 220 lb butt..... enough is enough, I have to stop this and stop it now. I will not allow this to continue!!!! I'm back baby, BACK on the Spark Wagon!!!

    Thanks for the comments. I'm doing better today, except DH surprised me by bringing me home a 2 liter of Coke, so I'm going to drink that, and THEN no pop! lol.

    As for the cleaning, I'm glad that you understand my feelings. Part of my basement is the way you described, and I go down there and just want to cry. The problem is, it's all MY stuff (and some of DD's) so it's my own fault. I made a dent in it yesterday and little by little it will get better!
