I haven't done an update in a LONG time AGAIN.
More changes! New pictures! Colin has graduated from high school and is now in college at the University of South Florida in Tampa. Next year Haley will graduate!
I am now single again.
I have gained some weight over the last year or so due to emotional eating which I am prone to do. I am walking 30 minutes on my treadmill daily and trying to get back on track with my food intake. It is a constant journey isn't it?

Lose weight
Exercise
Be healthy

My Program:
 I am eating a healthy vegetarian diet. I have lost 50 pounds and will soon reach my goal. Then it will be maintain it and tone up and get strong. I feel healthier than I have in over 20 years!

 I love to take pictures of my grandkids and our pets. . I enjoy participating in online activities and action groups. I would love to meet fellow Spark folks in my area.
