This is my wife's idea


I live on the road. Over the years I have gained weight and have a spare tire around my middle.
My wife who has been member of Spark People for almost a year, wanted to chart my meals so we can get a good idea what I am eating. She says I don't know what a normal portion is. I think I just don't get enough exercise.

My Goals:
I need to lose 50 pounds to be healthy.
I need to breath better and not be so tired.

My Program:
 Simple right now.
Learn what I am doing wrong.
Cut down on the portion size.
Get more exercise.


Personal Information:
I have lived in Texas for 20+ years. I am married and have two daughters. I have 4 grandsons and a granddaughter. I like horses and animals. I like fishing when I have the time.
