A Dozen Things to Do Today
1) Remember that some of the world's nicest joys are its most special people, and that you are definitely one of them.
2) Take care of that special person.
3) Enjoy the ride.
4) When the world is too busy, slow it down.
5) Climb one rung higher on the ladder to your stars.
6) Imagine what the view will look like when you get where you're going.
7) Stay in touch with your inner voice; it always speaks the truth.
8) When you've been working too hard, give your batteries time to recharge.
9) Remember that you are someone who is thought of - with friendship and with love.
10) Keep a smile on that wonderful face of yours.
11) Have a great day.

My Goals:
-To reach a healthy weight range weighed 204.2 on 01/01/2009 (Go From 196.4 to 172 by 01/01/2011).
- Remember to put my needs first every day .
-To be a good influence on at least one person each day.
Mini-Goal:
Increase our savings.
My Program:
I follow the SP guidelines for food: Count calories, eat well balanced meals by eating controlled portions throughout the day
Continue fitness exercised 3 x weekly. Cannot believe that I look forward to exercise NOW!

My name is Sharlene with a long-time nickname of Chuckles. My DH & I were married on Dec 3, 1966 (after knowing each other only 5 weeks). We have 5 children between us, 18 grandchildren (11 grandsons + 7 granddaughters), and we now have 23 great-grand babies with another due in January 2013.
We love traveling...especially to Aruba. Our 4th trip was Jan 2010. Life is great! God is Great!
