Whole 30 (in a nutshell) is a 30 day "reset" by way of eliminaton to help identify foods that have a negative effect or efffects and also help form a healthy relationship with food. Don't know how you're doing. Perhaps no news is good news? I may have told you before, but there is a long-posting woman on the Living Binge Free team who used to purge and got over it, but binged for much longer. She's pretty much over that, too. She has health issues such that she does track her food. Just recently, her nutritionist told her that she eats and overeats like a normal person. Yes, normal people overeat sometimes! She doesn't have a weight goal anymore, but got to the least she has weighed in her adult life in the last year. She's on vacation now, but she frequently posts on the Hour Commitment thread on the team, if you want to be in touch. And there's always me! 2065 days ago
