My Goals:
Do yoga every morning
Track everything I put into my mouth
Walk at least 4,000 steps a day
Do weight bearing exercises at least twice a week

Personal Information:
I'm married and live in a wonderful 55+ community with terrific neighbors. I'm 6 months from retirement and I can't wait! We have three daughters and seven grandchildren.
