Hi All,

I'm Anne, age 37 (well almost). I am married with 2 kids (ages 7 & 4) and have been struggling with weight all my life.

I am the Queen of Yo-Yo dieting and have pretty much tried everything out there at least 3 times. I would try gastric bypass, but I'm a big baby, so here I am with 110 lbs to lose.

I never in my wildest dreams thought I'd have this much to lose, but...
So, I am starting now, making small changes and will finish, well I will never finish, because I am changing not getting to a goal and reverting to the habits that got me there.

Fitness Minutes: 689

My Goals:
To stick with the program no matter what. If I fall off, get up. You can only fail if you stop.
I didn't get this fat in an instant and I won't lose the weight in an instant either!
To set a good example for my kids, so they never have to feel like I do and they can have a mommie who can play with them more.

My Program:
Stay in my calorie range
MEASURE my food
Journal my food
Exercise every day, even if I can only do 20 minutes now. I know I'll get up to 60 before long.
