Life's getting better, as I get moving!!

My Goals:
my ultimate wieght loss goal is to reach 150 pounds. however I'm taking it in smaller increments so as not to be overwelmed!! my first goal is 238 pounds by 6/30/07.
My Program:
I've just started here tracking calories, which I lowered from the recommended amount to 1200 aday. I go for two 15 minute walks a day(weather allowing). and do strech excersices every other day as recomended here. I also wear a pedometer and have a goal of 10,000 steps per day. I belong to the local TOPS diet club here for support and encouragement. I dont always meet these goals everyday but they are set and I'm doing my best!!
