Introduction Text I am 59 years old and thanks to SparkPeople feeling great. I have lost 104 pounds! I am married to a wonderful guy and have two dogs. I am in the process of starting a new career as an Entrepreneur and I know I will need lots of energy to do my best. My other interests include music, politics, education, gardening, and cooking. I am also a black woman who swims. I love lap swimming. It's so quantifiable. I also love walking and biking in natural settings. I still need to lose as much as I've already lost. That is becoming an increasing challenge. Although I look forward to every milestone, I am finding it difficult to move forward from this point. During the past eighteen months I have gained back 30 of the 111 pounds that I lost and lost 25 of them again.Life is good and life is large and for the time being so am I. I am in a place where I consistently lose 6 pounds and gain 4 or lose 3 and gain 5. The net is stasis. I am having a hard time losing consistently again. SparkPeople has been my friend and ally thus far. I know that the program and the community will help me to get through this impasse.

Tackle the next 80 pounds one pound at a time, consistently.
