Hi! Okay, this is my third time on the site.....hopefully third times the charm. ;-) I am in hopes to stick with this and make it my lifestyle this time around. With that said, I still want to lose weight so I am comfortable in my own skin even if I do feel better once I am working out. I have five children that I am constantly running from one place to the next. That has been my life for the past nineteen years. We also have a family business that I am able to work at from home. This does not help the situation with weight loss. I am in hopes to start working out and eating right and make this a change in my life that I stick with. Best of luck to all of you Spark People that are working towards the same common goal!! "WE CAN DO IT" :-) Instead of deleting old text, I figured I would add to it. I received a message from Spark People that someone posted on my account. Thank you for that post. It came at a time when I really needed it. I had started working out and following a recipe guide where I use protein powder as well as eating healthy. I was doing fantastic losing inches as well as pounds. I started out at 175lbs and dropped down to 153lbs over a course of 9 months. I was feeling very good about myself. Well, my knee began to swell while walking and upon a doctors visit and an MRI it was discovered that I shredded my meniscus in my right knee. December 1st 2016 I went in for surgery to remove shredded meniscus and have not been able to walk easily since. I am now determined to lose the 10lbs I gained back and stick with it to achieve what I started out striving for. I know with this community behind me, *****I Can Do It!!!*****

Jog/walk at least 3 miles a day.
Strength training (t,th,sat)
