Hi! I am a 45 year old mom of four and I now have 50+ pounds to lose, and my goal is to do it by December 2015. My biggest struggle is trying to find balance in using my time. Balance between working full time, taking care of the family, cooking, cleaning, shopping, exercising, Bible study/prayer time, etc. There just aren't enough hours in the days sometimes!

My Goals:
My goals are to get to my goal weight by December 2015, eat healthier as a family, and get active as a family! My other goal is to eat cleaner, natural foods.

My Program:
I am following the Spark calorie program and also working on "eating clean", meaning no processed foods. It's a work in progress though! I just started running again this summer (2014) and also started biking. I am committed to tracking ALL my food and activity here on Spark, and working activity into all aspects of my life, especially my family life.

Personal Information:
My name is Donna and I work full time as the supervisor of a medical laboratory. I am married to a wonderful man for 23 years now. I have four active children, one who I home school.

Other Information:
My favorite movies are the Lord of the Rings series! I love to read all kinds of books. My current book and television obsession is Game of Thrones. I also love the Outlander series, I've loved the books for years and now have a television show to watch as well. I love hiking and camping, and that is my motivation for being fit, so I can hike without difficulty! I am a Christian and church and Bible study is an important part of my life.
