My Goals:
My first goal is to lose 25 pounds and then keep losing until I can get off my blood pressure medicine. Next, I want to weigh what my drivers license says! Looking at the big picture, I want to lose 100 pounds.

My Program:
 I am using the meal plans to get my eating back on track where it should be. I have also started walking again on a regular basis, and will continue to do so even after the snow flies - that is what the treadmill is for!
