On a mission to get healthy and STAY healthy!
I am married to the love of my life and have one beautiful little boy. My life is everything I thought it would be except for one thing: I am incredibly unhealthy. I eat poorly, I work out inconsistently and I am currently diagnosed with obesity, hypertension and hypothyroidism.
I felt healthiest and most confident in 2009 and I'm determined to feel that good again. I'm not trying to lose weight right now, obviously because I'm pregnant, but I am trying to cut fat, feel strong ...
