Time to Return the Favor!


Thanks for stopping by my page! My name is Eileen and
I am a chronic dieter and an emotional eater. I am trying to get in to and stay in a healthy BMI! I hit my highest weight at 220lbs and I am only 5'4". My ultimate goal is to get back to the 140's, but I am taking it one day at a time!

I am ready to begin my journey...NOW! No more excuses! I need to get my head in the game and just do this - so here I am!

My Goals:

Be happy with my appearence and don't hide from the camera!


Get out of the "obese" BMI (really??) and into the normal healthy range for life!


No more Yo-Yoing!


My Program:
 Track calories on Spark



Exercise at least 3x/week. C25K, YBB, Turbo Jam



Reduce sweets - my favorite and downfall!



Think thin and healthy!


Personal Information:
I've always been chunky and was teased relentlessly through my childhood. I've had my ups and downs on the scale and was never able to maintain a healthy weight - always a little beyond the range.



I have a loving husband and two beautiful boys - ages 3 and 1.



I love to bake - hence my sweets addiction!

Other Information:
 I'd love to have some Spark Buddies to help keep me going!
