Hello Sparkpeople. I am ready to start living right nutritionally, physically and mentally. I just graduated from college and am now a full blown, independent adult. I realize that I cannot rely on anyone to live healthy for me. I have to life a healthy life by making healthy decisions for myself. Thus, I am here on Sparkpeople. :)

My Goals:
I ultimately want to have a toned stomach. Its where all my excess weight is located.

11/20/2007: 183 lbs

12/21/2007: 180 lbs

My Program:
Post on messageboards for motivation.

Eat lots of fiber-rich foods.

Eat 8+ fruits and vegetables daily.

Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.

Two cups of green or herbal tea daily.

Personal Information:
I'm Chika from Los Angeles but living in the Greater Bay Area.
I just graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration. Currently working at an Accounting firm. I'm 22 years young and I am ready to create a life in which I will be happy physically, emotionally, and spiritually. By putting God first and allowing him into my heart, I know that my goals will be accomplished.

On August 20, 2007 I decided to eat an animal-free diet. At that date I weighed 190lbs. Today, December 21, 2007, 4 months later I weigh 180lbs.
I'm proof that by simply getting your protein in animal-free forms, one can easily shed unwanted pounds.

Other Information:
I love reggae music and going out to dance.

I enjoy cooking/baking new recipes.

Group exercise works for me.

24 and Grey's Anatomy are my fav TV shows.
