I read a post you wrote about “embrace the suck” and it hit home! I didn’t have an accident, but I did gain about 10 pounds after having been in ideal shape for years. My ability to “embrace the suck” 100% made the difference. THANK YOU!

LOL. Guess you can tell I've never raced Superbikes before....don't even know the right questions to ask -hahaha. Very cool that you're doing some pedaling...cross-training on bikes seems is a good thing for motorcycle racers - Aldon Baker trained all the top guys (including the Hayden bros. RIP Nicky :( and he was a former Mountain bike champion and has his guys doing a LOT of cycling. So, good luck to you as you ramp this up!!! I am a firm believer.

LOL, funny thing is I couldn't tell someone the top speed on my bike other than checking my GPS laptimer because I'm WAAY more worried about turn one than how fast I'm going ;) I'm trying to pedal more myself, it's great physical cross training!

I have a couple of bikes - nothing that fast though. YZ450f and a HD Fatboy. And I race at Grattan Speedway in the summer on my rode bike (bicycle - they lets the cyclists take it over 2 days per week).
