Introduction Text I have a farm, with my husband, in the Pacific Northwest. I'm also a practicing attorney with a rural estate planning and business law practice. I've had some setbacks, including a bad car wreck, but I'm determined to live healthier and happier.

LIVE my life, not just go through the motions until I die.

I eat mostly whole foods and home cooking, try to avoid processed stuff. I always do better when I track, as my eating can be emotionally triggered and I lose accountability if I'm not tracking. Exercise: Walk, hike, stationary bike, yoga

Have a farm in the coastal foothills in Oregon. We grow and sell hay and seasonally run stocker cattle for a local grass fed angus beef program. I have an AQHA gelding currently rehabbing from a ligament injury.
