Updated profile-May 2019
Update May 2019.... At it again. This time I need to make healthy changes and find a way to make them stick. I'm at my heaviest at 306lbs and I don't want my weight to climb any higher! Update, May 2014-- Well I am back again! This time for keeps. I have started changing my lifestyle. (I AM NOT ON A DIET!!) That is the biggest difference in my life and the best. I have realized that I want to live a more active lifestyle for myself and for my kids :) I'm not gonna go crazy, killing ...
Update May 2019.... At it again. This time I need to make healthy changes and find a way to make them stick. I'm at my heaviest at 306lbs and I don't want my weight to climb any higher! Update, May 2014-- Well I am back again! This time for keeps. I have started changing my lifestyle. (I AM NOT ON A DIET!!) That is the biggest difference in my life and the best. I have realized that I want to live a more active lifestyle for myself and for my kids :) I'm not gonna go crazy, killing myself to workout everyday--I'm just going to move more. I will exercise a couple times a week and play vigorously with my kids the rest!! I also want to model better eating habits for my family so that they will have a better start in their lives. Hopefully, by doing so, they will not struggle with weight the way that I have!! Update, April 2012-----I am a mom of three young children. I would love to be able to keep up with my kids and teach them healthy eating habits. I am also attending school full time to get a degree in Social Work and then on for my Bachelors in Human Services. I would love to have more energy to stretch myself farther! I have a wonderful boyfriend who loves me the way I am and only wants the best for me. I would like to believe him when he says I'm beautiful. I'd also like to be comfortable in my own skin. I would like to smile into a mirror instead of cringing. God says I am fearfully and wonderfully made, and that I am precious to him. I desperately want to realize that!

My Program:
Don't be too hard on myself- it's okay to stumble along the way as long as I stay on the right path
Eat more fruits and vegetables for snacks and with meals
Reduce my portions
Don't go back for seconds
Do 10 minutes of activity each day on purpose until I can do more!
