Thank you SO much for the conversion, because I've been obsessed with trying to find out my true calorie burn for bike rides. My Garmin 405 - even when set in bike mode - is ridiculously off, so I've been using SP which actually comes out very close to calculation you provided. I think what I've been more puzzled about is how burning 566 calories via running seems so much more taxing/painful/sweaty than biking it out. Or maybe I was just having too much fun tearing it up out there! 3463 days ago

I didn't have shoulder surgery, but have had each shoulder manipulated due to frozen shoulder. I have all respect for you for having shoulder surgery. Can't wait to get to know you. 3467 days ago

It seems you're gone from SparkPeople these days, but I'll leave you a message anyway. I was looking for some friends' results in the 2010 ING NYC Marathon, and remembered you were supposed to run it again.
I think I found you...4:29:18? Congratulations.
I think I'm going to try the lottery for 2011. 3797 days ago

Oops. Sorry. I credited your guess in my little game to another SparkPerson. I fixed it. Thanks for playing along, btw. It was interesting to get the perspective of others. 3933 days ago
