Introduction Text I've been away for awhile, but I am back to finish what I started. So glad 2020 is gone and onto 2021! Stay safe everyone and here's to a great New Year!





I live in Western New York, the snowbelt area. I have a wonderful husband and 2 fantastic boys, 19 and 15. We are all health and weight conscious, however, I'm the only one that is overweight. I am changing that this year to we are all at healthy weights!! We have 3 dogs that we show and they are learning agility and obedience too....my youngest boy shows as well and my older one wants to help with the obedience and agility. I want to be healthy not only for myself, but my family and the sports we love to do. I only have 30 pounds or so to lose, but what a tough 30 pounds. I'm more than ready to put myself first for a change and make this my year!!! Let's go 2012!!
