Hi , I am mid 60''s and been up and down with weight . Since starting to use Spark in Feb I''ve lost about 20 lbs. Slow but steady. 3/1/16-OK, not so steady! When I started Spark (Feb 2015) I was194 lb did good 'till Sept. Then plateaued for awhile. After Jan slight increase, in Feb we had to cancel 2 of our WOW ( Winners Over Weight) meetings and I jumped up 6 lb ! :-( So now I'm up 11 lb. Reset my goal again 4 days ago-Fri 2/26/16 and back to doing 3 walk ("run") /week with the C25K app. Since my reset I'm DOWN 2.75 lb, today 182.75 lb. !!!! :-) On my way AGAIN ! Update : finally lost a bit more down to 178 on Mon(7/4/16) !!!!! 11/03/17 PS. That's me and my Hubby in picture ! ♡♥♡ 08/07/19 Well, I'm still bouncing up & down with weight, guess so far this year it's been as high as 188lb . Last few days I've kept it at 180 lb. Working on getting to 178 and below. It's difficult to find/make time what with work, house work, garden & about 2.5 acre yard to mow. I enjoy outside work, actually hoping for a rain-free day to finish mowing and trim my Rosa Rugosa & Silver Olive bushes by my walkway! 06/27/20 Time for another update! This year we had to do our FRFW 5K virtually, did that 5/30. Been getting more joint aches lately with swelling in feet & hands, finally had a video conference with dr & blood work done to try to find cause. On a good note my weight is better, although today it's 178.25, it was 177.75 a few days ago- major milestone for me! Finally out of 180s, now to get to 175 then 170 & below! 😊 08/17/20 Update on blood work, I have Lyme Disease ! Must have got a tick bite I didn't know about while training for FRFW. It's been very painful to walk especially first thing in a.m. ! Fingers still quite swollen, had to get one of my rings cut off b/c I couldn't get it off. On a good note my weight is down to 172.5 lb finally.
