 * Exercise 5-6 days a week
* Track all food
* Take Armour for hypothyroidism



Personal Information:
I'm from central South Dakota. Married to my farmer for 35 years with two children and 3 grandchildren. I'm a child of God and so grateful for his mercy and grace in my life.

Other Information:
 I have hypothyroidism that is making losing weight at this point impossible. I am researching and learning everything I can about this disease. My doc has just put me on a new med that I'm hoping will help make all the difference.

    Hi there...stopping by to get some of that "postive attitude" that you always spread around.. I am doing well....just tried on some new clothes and am feeling pretty. Now...I need somewhere to go. LOL I`ll have to go read the posts on the 25-49 # to lose team to see what you have been up to.     Thanks for reading and making a comment on my blog. As the saying goes: "The best laid plans...." Technicalities have kept my son from graduating in the Spring so I am continuing on that final push. I have expanded my mind and whittled my waist while waiting for the end of a long hard educational career with this boy.

    Hey..You!..Hi..thanks for stopping by. Yes...i do at times) take sleep aids...but mostly they don`t work for me, either. you sure planted a lot of veggies..and strawberries must be wonderful, home grown.
    Weather here in San Diego is beautiful (69)and then I`ll be going to 110 degrees....UGH!. I love it here ...the weather makes you want to do things. b
    Been walking a lot each a/m...thankfully sister also wants to do it for exercize and she usually does, anyway. emoticon Have a blessed day and keep the "spark" going. emoticon

    I'm so glad your veggies are peeking their heads through the earth! Fresh, just picked veggies - Yummy emoticon I wish you could send a little rain this way - it is typically hot and dry here until Monsoon Season hits in July and August. Of course, I've seen a lot of Julys and Augusts pass by with no rain! emoticon Right now, I'm just trying to get my hands on one really good and sweet watermelon emoticon I haven't had more than two really good watermelons since I moved here from WI 7 years ago!
