    I sure would love to go back to the '50's and 60's when the music was easy listening and fun to sing along with. (And I could understand the words!) Those of us who grew up back then sure had a different world view than young people today - no Covid-19 with masks and social distancing.

    Hi Darlene,
    Thank you for your lovely note. I am 84 years young and this is what I do each morning and when I turn in for the night. I do three sets of ten leg lifts, three sets of ten leg curls and three sets of ten leg swings. I do hope that this will help you too.
