Introduction Text Hey! I'm Daya as you can see lol. Yahuwah (God) is my main man! :)The beautiful KINGDOMBOUND317 is my mother! :) I love to workout and play sports; I'm very active! I'm not your average chick. One day you can see me shopping; however, the next day I'll be playing football with my family and friends. I joined SparkPeople, so I will become a healthy young lady while in college, and to support my mommy!! I have goals and aspirations, and I must have a healthy lifestyle to go through with my plans! I know that through Yahushua I CAN DO ALL THINGS! I look forward to getting to know you all. :)

My goals are simple! I want to make better food choices because I like skittles, twix and other unhealthy foods which need to be replaced with healthier choices. Also, I want to gain strength in my upper body.

I am going to choose healthier candy options like organic simple truth candy and eat it in moderation! I will also incorporate strength training exercises in my daily regime.



I am an enthusiastic dancer that loves African, hip-hop and classical dance. My goal in life is to be an occupational therapist, and reach out to our veterans that need assistance.
