Working Towards a New Me


I am 44 and have 3 children and 1 grandchild with another on the way. I just recently had major back surgery, and I am morbidly obese and I am looking for a way to lose weight and not get bored with it. My children are my world, the things I do, I do it for them. I don't want my children to suffer with their weight like I have done most of my life, so I am trying to set a good example and lose my weight.
