Introduction Text Hello SP friends! As I said my back fusion was denied, only our Lord knows why and I will wait for him to tell me when and why! I have to learn to deal with the pain and stiffness. I do go on Medicare in November of this year, I will try again! Till then, I pray, learn to deal with pain, swim, stretch and enjoy my family! I am 58, a mom to two wonderful adult children and one joy filled grandson who is 6, he will be 7 Aug 1st! I love SP and HH!

I have come to the realization that I try so hard to protect my back, I don't things because I know I will suffer the next day.. You know what, that is not a life! I have to enjoy life NOW! Sore or not I will have fun! I will laugh, play and do what I can!

I want to keep up my diet, even if I do not loose another pound, I feel so much better! I am experimenting with different exercise, right now I am riding a stationary bike! I am going to school in fall. I have never felt so comfortable about something so important, I am 58 and going back to school and I can't wait!

I am a 57 year old mother and grandmother, I have a new lease on life. A year ago I was in the darkest place of my life. Today with the help of very special people I feel happiness, joy and I owe it all to my doctor, lots of medication, but mostly Steven Ministries and my Minister. She taught me to love me, but to love God! She is my hero.

I love Christian music!
