    HI
One of the Cycle Chat lot has told me what my Garmin is up to, and how to sort it out. Apparently, it's got it's internal knickers in a twist but it's a simple sort out.
As soon as I can be bothered to shift off the sofa, I shall go and sort it out.

Dentist went well. Tooth came out fine. I have taken some painkillers. Thought that I would pre-empt the pain and take the painkillers before it started hurting.

    Hi Debbie

I do have a Garmin. I have a Garmin Touring GPS and I love it. It's got me 'un-lost' a couple of times, as I could just put 'return to start' in there somewhere. Very handy when I was riding in Devon and didn't have a clue where I was.

I was thinking of the Garmin Vivofit, which is a wristband, like the fitbit but it talks to all my garmin software - which never misses a beat.

Sadly it was 1lb on and not off. Still, my clothing is bigger so I've lost inches. Who cares about a measly 1lb anyway. My home scales have not budged so I think that the club ones are off a bit.

Just off out for a ride. Rain tomorrow so it's a gym evening. Our local gym is having a "this girl can" promotion evening at 6pm. All classes, gym, pool, climbing wall etc is turned over to us ladies. No men allowed. It will be fun. We are assured of cake too.

    Hi
Thank you for your comment on my blog. Cycling rocks and is the best exercise out there, in my opinion. I love my bikes - they live indoors. Happily I live right on the edge of Norwich, in Norfolk so I have some great countryside to ride through and nothing too hideous in the way of hills.
I have some brilliant headphones too, so I can listen to music. I have Aftershokz bone conduction headphones so I hear through my bones leaving my ears free so I can hear everything going on about me. I can highly recommend them if you like a bit of inspiration going up hills.

    Happy riding
