Hi you! Thank you for reading my "depression low" blog 3 days ago. I do take a med for my depression and we are adding another for me to take at night. So hopefully this will help. I'm doing better, but I've been hiding in front of my sewing machine. I make baby blankets, to give to my area soup kitchen/thrift store to give out or sell. Giving them a huge bag of quilted pattern blankets and knowing that some baby will be warm because of me, makes me happy.
I do hope that you are having a good day.

True. I've heard tea is a diuretic. I try to drink water but I add a little Mio or Crystal Lite to it. I need flavor. However, my drink of choice is diet coke. Bad bad me. I keep my frig full of different drinks so I behave.

Thank you for taking the time to read offer advice; I really appreciate it. I believe that tea is a diuretic that causes water retention. It's fine sometimes but shouldn't be only drink of choice. Mine is decaffeinated but I was at a friend's house on Saturday and hers is not. So, I had a little of both.

Anyway, I wish you a speedy recovery and thanks again for your advice.
