A couple hiccups along the way...
I was super motivated for a long time there but had a hiccup in my progress. I'm feeling a lot better now though and have been trying to find what I enjoy most to keep myself excited with working out. I'm really excited for SUMMER!! Cant wait for sunny vacations and barbecues!

My Goals:
I have basically meet all my goals except my desired weight but it isn't a big deal currently because I am happy with just wanting to workout every day and it doesn't feel like a chore.
My Program:
I work out every day. I go from interval running to yoga to pilates. I don't over work my body I just want to feel fit and healthy. I spend an hour a day towards staying in shape.
I love to do other fun sports such as biking, snowboarding, swimming, or anything that gets me moving.
Personal Information:
I'm from the mile high state Colorado
Other Information:
My all time favorite movie is The Long Kiss Goodnight, I use to watch it every day when I was a kid. Who didn't want to kick butt like her!?
Another favorite is Tomb Raider 1 & 2 with Angelina Jolie. She had an awesome physique in those movies and I totally want to get that.
