Introduction Text I'm taking some down time after May's graduation with my Bachelor's in Psychology and applying to graduate school for next year, so I thought I'd take advantage of the free time and get toned up. Also looking to participate in a triathalon or marathon of some sort, so I welcome you to contact me if you know of some going on in the Columbia, Missouri area or are looking for a partner to train with!

I have a feeling one or two sisters of mine and maybe a cousin will be getting married by next summer, and a dear friend in December, so I'd like to be toned and graceful.

I like switching things up, so it's more or less lots of cardio (because I do enjoy a good sweat) and strength training. I was raised on a healthy lifestyle, so I'm one of the weird ones that's probably munching on fresh green beans instead of oil- and fat-laden potato chips.

I live in central-Missouri, the Columbia area.

I like to encourage my friends not to be focused on the numbers on the scale--I hate how a flux of one or two pounds can seem to make or break your day. Instead, focus on how healthy you feel and look. You can take a look at yourself and say, "Hey, I need to do some more squats," or kick up the cardio.
