Thanks my fellow Noble Grape, for the two workout ideas. The standing yoga routine is very nice .... and relaxing on many levels.
As for the Piloxing... well I am afraid I may have to have an ambulance standing by the first few times I try that one. So I may hold off on that one for the moment.
Soooo I may level off at hiking, biking and I do believe I will incorporate the standing yoga into my routine.
Of course all my walker pals named Leslie are anxious to get going with our spring program.. Whew. Good thing I have a habit tracker.
