Right ow I am working on losing a few pounds and strengthening my back with swimming and walking. I will start running in September. Oh yeah and I still have to quit smoking. I have set my quit smoking date for July 22, 2013 because of the full moon. It is believed that full moons offer a wonderful opportunity to let go of something that we have been struggling with, so Im going to give it a try then. 2739 days ago
