Getting Healthy
Since coming home from South Korea almost 3 years ago I have re-gained all the weight I lost before. I am having a very hard time motivating myself to lose weight, but I am working on making small changes such as eating better, and less.

Eat less than 2000 calories a day.
Exercise at least 3 times a week.
Lose 40 pounds by December 2012.
My Program:
60 minute Cardio workout 3x a week (Water Aerobics)
1 hour walk/run 1x a week.
Personal Information:
My name is Desiree, I'm a college graduate, I am 27 years old. My goal is to reach 180 lbs by February 2014.

I love almost all movies. I love reading science fiction and fantasy books, but I will read almost anything.
