Introduction Text .Hello everyone..so happy to be here. Looking for new friends, and hope to find my sisters here!!

Continue to do at least 60 min a day of exercise Drink more water Do strength training every other day My goal is to continue to stay healthy. If I happen to loose, it will be a plus, but is not my main focus.

every other day walking or my exercise machine yoga or weight training on the rest of the days. Dance, Wii game, and jogging will also be fun

I am from Winchester Ct in an beautiful area known as the North West corner of Ct. I was born and raised here, and had two lovely sons from my first marriage. I remarried in 1994 and continue to live in my home on a hill with my wonderful husband and our two dogs:-) My sons are now living else where. I now have three grand kids. Twins..a girl and a boy, plus a baby girl

I am a chef by trade, but also went to college to learn how to help others. My major was psychology. I decided I loved cooking more..but use the psychology everyday. I love to read, hike, swim, and study astrology. I love animals and have a dog Cleopatra, and two cats, Leo and Wica. I also have a Ferret named Sydney. I enjoy writing, when i have the time...especially poems.
