My Goals:
- to lose weight

- to get fitter

- eat healthier



and thus



- have fewer migraines

- a better immune system

- more self-confidence


My Program:
 - Drink lots

- Light exercise

- Try and eat small meals regularly



Personal Information:
I'm 26years old, and I'm a SAHM. I live in Crawley, England with my husband Sam, 2.5year old Theakston, baby Nyah and cat Satine.

I used to go horse riding a lot but don't really find the time with the babies!

I enjoy reading, relaxing, and I spend a lot of time on the internet.

My other interests include photography (I love being behind the camera), sketching (manga), and going to gigs.

Other Information:
 I'm a proud member of the House of Hufflepuff in The Challenge of Harry Potter.
