I will get this right. My goals are still the same. I want to enjoy a healthy life style.

Nutrition Commitment
#1 Plan every meal, Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks
#2 1400 to 1600 calories per day
#3 Drink at least 8 cups of water per day *
#4 Avoid processed food
#5 Stick to my grocery list, no snack foods (this is my toughest)
#6 Weigh and measure food, portion control
#7 Love raw fruits and vegetables *
#8 Log all food on Nutrition Tracker

Exercise Commitment
#1 Cardio Workout / Doggie walks 2 times daily for at least 30
minutes each
#2 2 times per week Strength Training 3 sets of 15 reps
#3 Random acts of fitness - take the stairs, park in the back of the parking lot and strive for at least 12000 steps per day *
#4 Continue bedtime stretching exercises *
#5 Encourage fitbit challenges *
#6 Log all exercise on Fitness Tracker (I'm in a group of 7 sparkfriends)

#3 Weigh in weekly *
