    I appreciate your nice comments. It is the old coach/teacher in me. I want a person to be successful in making change. Most of my career, i worked with students who had little or no success. But once they were able to get started and continue, it was great to watch them blossom.
    You are off to a good start, now build on it. Small steps become big ones over time. I know that you will do well. keep at it, don't beat yourself up if you slip and enjoy the ride. I wish you well.
